What I ordered vs what I received, looks like something from a Pinterest fail! After speaking to a manager he said “they have different designs at this location”. I guess that meant a salamander instead of a dinosaur 🤣
A friend of mine ordered a birthday cookie cake for her son from Great American Cookies in Franklin Park Mall. She asked that they write both “home run” and “Happy Birthday Ethan”...they literally wrote the word “both” 😒🙄 As ridiculous as it was, mistakes do happen, so she was told by the manager that she could have a full refund. Today, she was told by the general manager that she can only get 15% off of her next order. Are you kidding me?!?! Absolutely disgusting “customer service”.
Unfortunately I was told they wouldn’t take a $50 bill for my $24 purchase. I was told to go to a different vendor and get change. Really? I have to go buy something else so I have change to get something from your establishment? Stupid. How about you run a better business and get currency markers for your employees to use so you can make sure you aren’t getting bad money. Poor management!
I don't understand why I need to pay extra for copyright when Darth Vader ends up being white and looking nothing like DV. Waste of effort!
I want to thank everyone at Great American Cookie for making the gluten free cookies while I was working at the mall on Mother's Day they were for my mom and she loved them 💜
I think they do a pretty badass job - We have been getting 3 cookie cakes a year for the last five years for each of our boys. They are the ONLY place where you can ask for ANY character and they will do it - plus they only charge $3.50 for on request artwork!! They knock it out of the park for each of my 3 kids every year no matter what crazy character the kids comes up with! We have had Sonic, Mario, Gravity Falls, Ash (Evil Dead), Pennywise the Clown from It, Slenderman, 5 Nights at Freddies, Captain America, Pusheen, etc... read more
There was one person waiting on customers and two people chit chatting (and one was the so called manager) and would not wait on customers. We ask the one who was working if the 2 could help. They just ignored her and a person from the back came out to help. The manager needs to be taught how to manage or get another manager that teaches the employees that the object is to wait on customers
