I do not recommend The Great American Cookie Company at Parkway Place Mall. The customer service was very unprofessional and downright rude. They made a scene in front of everyone and refused to serve me because I was not wearing a mask.

We have always loved their cookies, however the last two birthday cookies we have gotten , the chocolate has changed and even the children scraped off the chocolate icing. The white icing is still good.
