The District Manager is an unprofessional clown who shouldn't be in management. They sell cookie cakes with bugs and misspelled kid’s names (even after spelling it three times to them.) No apology, no discount just a comment. “All cakes have bugs in them” This was said by the DM who happened to be at the store (in the Esplanade Mall). I wouldn’t hire this clown to be a janitor at my place of work.
Disgusting, poor excuse of a place in a crap mall that will close soon. I was a longtime customer and they just lost my business today. The so-called DM is a horrible manager with zero personality and customer service skills! I called yesterday and spelled me son's name 3 times and they still got it WRONG then he refused to honor my mall discount that I've been getting for YEARS! I have 4 kids, plus I get cakes for their friends, my coworkers and lots of occasions but not anymore. I will avoid this place like the plague. My ... read more
RecommendedThe esplanade Great American cookies is fantastic. They created a caked exactly how I pictured whereas Lakeside would not create it for me. Will continue my business at Esplanade from now on.
