Went in with all four kids to get cookies. We frequent this location often. The lady waited until the kids were trying to decide what they wanted (been standing there for a few minutes) to inform us that she would only be helping the next two customers and closing for the night. We were the only people after that. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and we will not be wasting our time bringing her business anymore. There are far better areas with a greater selection in the area.
I stood in front of the lady behind the counter who had her arms propped on the display shelf and was talking to a mall security guard on a casual topic. She would not acknowledge me nor did she ask if I wanted anything. The security guard for the mall just kept talking and the lady working in the shop glanced at me but kept paying attention the the guard. She couldn’t even say I was deciding as I was looking at her directly. Never buy anything from them.
Says they’re open but it’s always empty. It was empty back when they were open as well. Workers always talking or on the phones but never had cookies out so no surprise really.. once I was there when the manager/owner was belittling her workers so wouldn’t be surprised if that’s why…
The employees had the WORST attitude. I went to get cookies for me and my mom because we’re rarely able to go and the employees were saying rude things about me as I stood right there. I decided not to buy anything and just leave.
