After a LONG day of traveling I found this gem at Lambert. NFL on, great food, AMAZING bartender. Abby is top-notch and really lights up the room. Her smile is infectious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Ordered just a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. The "LOX", from the menu was added, which is about $14, however has extra ingredients including capers and tomatoes. We explained we didnt want all the extras and were still charged full price. The price of a bagel and cream cheese was about $5, and ive never laid more than about $4 to add salmon.. Let alone almost $10 extra. Staff were very rude about it and unhelpful.

I’m glad to have this bagel sandwich shop here, however, I’ve had some terrible experiences where they closed early or at the end of the day had limited availability or the service personnel we’re just outrageously unhelpful. It is tucked away outside of security and features good food, butthey never seem to care much for Service.

The woman at the cash register is demanding that customers pay double price for extra meat. She called the poloce because the customer prepaid for food and didnt pay for extra meat. She also cursed out a special needs employee that was being respectful. The manager needs to step up and tell his employee that her behavior is unacceptable.

This is my first time buying here and I must say it’s a zero start for me. The employee was busy on her phone. When I placed my order , it was as if I was disturbing her . I had to repeat myself like many times. Not enough cheese too on my sandwich.
