Have come to this restaurant several times last year and the service was used to be terrific. However, on 1/4/2025, I came to buy a cup of hot water. The casher asked for $4. I explained it's not coffee, just plain water. She insisted it's $4 for the cup. This is ridiculous. $4 for a cup of water? I'm not new to this restaurant. In the past, they either very nice just gave me free for the water or charged $1 for the cup. Never heard of $4 for a cup. It's robbery. Will never buy anything from here.

$13 for a cuban sandwich that was basically empty. I would have been better off with a vending machine sandwich. Very disappointed and will never eat here again.

At approximately 9:35pm on 28 Dec 2024, the service lady making the bagels was VERY RUDE and loud with the customers, to include a 15 y/o boy! She deserves to be fired. Whatever she was upset about did not need to be taken out on the customers.

I cannot imagine a group of employees that care less about the people in front of them or the quality of service they are providing. Nothing is clean, neat or stocked, yet 2 people behind the counter doing…not much. New place going in 1 gate down and I hope this group doesn’t own it.
