Bartender was rude and the bagel I ordered with cream cheese came in a to go container that had cream cheese over flowing, I asked the lady to give me a new one or clean it up and she pointed to the napkins. I am on vacation so I chose not to give her a piece of my mind. Do better.
One young lady look my order and made my bagel exactly as I ordered it. Price is not to bad for the sandwich. But sodas are overpriced. But I knew what I was getting. Good meal waiting for the flight.
The 2 employees working today did not acknowledge customers, serviced customers out of order, and when asked responded very rudely. Clearly not very well managed since they were out of plain bagels. The cashier being the bartender is the worst idea and caused long wait times. I am embarrassed for St Louis.
The female bartender hemaxi is rude not to the customer to the coworker too. Did saw her interaction with coworker and the guest not at the best . They take the order then they yell the order across and on top that they open the bagel to see just to confirm the order with the me.
The bartender was rude, crude and obnoxious. Very forceful and lacking of people skills. Food was subpar and the worst Bloody Mary, how can you screw these things up. I should have stayed with Starbucks. Don’t waste your time here
