This is my first time buying here and I must say it’s a zero start for me. The employee was busy on her phone. When I placed my order , it was as if I was disturbing her . I had to repeat myself like many times. Not enough cheese too on my sandwich.

The lady behind the counter shouted at me when I asked if they could not put in the dressing, then shouted to go pay at the bar several times. I saw as a man accidentally picked the wrong bagel and she took it back and THREW it. How awful. Don’t go here!!

This was the rudest customer service encounter I have ever had. The lady behind the counter was rude to everyone in line. She clearly should not work in customer service. If this business has any accountability she should be fired. She was aggressive verbally with customers if any travelers acted like they would be removed from the airport by security and maybe arrested for verbal assault. Embarrassing.
