Bagels are fine; cream cheese added was a bit much, but overall still ok.
Very rude behavior from the staff working the counter, African American female and a Hispanic male with long-ish hair, perhaps in a bun. This was at approximately 8:30-8:45 AM on Monday September 29th. They yelled at multiple customers to hurry up and place an order without giving them a chance to look at the menu. Chicken was disgusting I almost threw up
What I have to say is about this particular location and not Great American Bagel as a whole; they have some great locations and menus. However, this location at Terminal 1 has really gone downhill. It's a shame because it use to be my favorite spot to grab a bite when at the airport. A few years ago they had a decent menu selection and friendly staff.
