I went to great american bagel just trying to get some good breakfast, i was starving and craving a BLT. I ordered two, one with cream cheese one without, and I also got a bagel dog. I really didn’t expect that I’d need to check the contents of my order before getting home, but as soon as I open it up at the table, BOTH BLTS HAD NO TOMATO! I was waiting in line to patiently pay for the food I had ordered. I was next to pay. An elderly couple came in a few minutes after ordered and were walked right up to the register by a female employee wearing glasses and cashed out. Completely ignored my son and I and took their payment. I was upset and complained to what I thought was the manager but he isn’t very good in his position.
