There is virtually no way to get a hold of someone... Automated service says dial 0 for an operater and then you dial 0 and get the same automated voice that says dial 0 to speak to an operater.... And you cant get out of that loop
I've never left a 1 star rating before, the guy on the phone was just horrible - no interest in trying to help, literally hung up on me 2 times and just laughed before hand. Used Auto Transport (AT123) in Las Vegas last time without issue.
JV e-mailed me a quote. I called to confirm the location/price. He said he'd e-mail me the new quote. Never got the e-mail and he stopped answering phone calls and texts. "The old bait & switch tactic"!
