I was getting ready to sell my car and came in for a windshield. They told me the day before to come in and would take roughly 45 min. I went in on that Saturday and was there almost 3 hours. They kept telling me just a few more minutes over and over. I finally went to the back to ask how much longer and the windshield wasn't even put in yet.
