Bad service; Bad Tire; Uncommunicative; Late Arrival; I was redirected to this location because where I originally went, didn’t have my size. I get to the shop “Great America Tires” and there’s one person sitting in his car waiting for 30 minutes already. I then processed to wait for an additional hour. No one around, doors open. When ever u buy a tire here u better check it's the correct size.ill never recommend or use here again.plus the tire had cracks in it.they offered me creidt. I don't even want the credit after this horrible service
The owner is very helpful. We needed a single tire for our trail blazer, he had it and was able to put it on right away. Also his prices are unbeatable for used tires and service. Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.
