My last 3 orders arrived later than the overnight delivery advertised. One took 4 days. On each, when I refroze the salmon, they completely covered with frost crystals. I called today to order again, and they no longer guarantee overnight delivery. DO NOT order from them until their delivery problems are resolved.
I purchase their weathervane scallops. they are sand free and brown up nicely in the frying pan. They ship in secure containers with plenty of dry ice. A great company to do business with.
I am currently confused with the service from Tim Berg at Great Alaska Seafood , I have tried to contact them twice and have been ignored , We have made purchases in the last few years totaling thousands of dollars with their company , However make one complaint and they stop talking to you , We received several lobster tails lately that were non edible , They had no response which means to us they do not care at all , A facebook message was ignored so I sent another which was rudely answered , Then we sent two emails both w... read more
