I ordered a pizza bowl and side through Uber Eats for pickup. Arrived at store at designated time, and was informed that they did not have the pizza bowls. The cashier said they could not contact the customer. When I stated I had not been contacted at all, they clarified that they do not have a way to. When I asked if another entree could be substituted, was informed they could not, because they do not have an Uber tablet and could not make any changes to orders made through Uber, and that I'd have to contact Uber support. Ordered Italian bread which online says 10 pieces and looking at the online photos shows 10 pieces. But when I got it not only did I not receive all pieces it was a lot smaller than what I've ordered in the past. Food was also cold I picked it up right on time and lived only 5 mins away so it made no sense for it to be cold. Called the establishment and they didn't offer a refund or to remake it.
