We called looking for a mechanic to help with our Yanmar diesel. Even though he was not able to come out because of his workload he helped troubleshoot some things that might be wrong. Super nice and was patient and helpful!
I read all these great reviews on Kai, so I called him to get the 20 hour service done on my twin Suzuki DF-140's. When I spoke with him I received a quote, and he asked me to text him with my information and he provided me with a timeline for when I could expect to receive service. Well that was the last I ever heard from Kai before he ghosted me and never replied to a series of text messages I sent him, and he never answered another call from me and never returned my calls even after I left him several voicemails.
