Disappointed! A customer for years. On 7/12/10 the attendant told me he was out of wiper blades "completley out". He didn't even measure my blades. He also said he checked the air filter but no evidence of the cover being lifted. i.e. usually you see see where the fingers left marks from the dust on the cover. Sorry but I'm going elsewhere! A long time customer since Ken & Maureen opened.
I arrived 20 minutes prior to closing and staff didn't want to be at work past closing time so they refused to service my vehicle. I proceeded to Sear's Automtive the provided me with a written quote to perform an oil change and took vehicle into shop. After inspecting, they would not perform the oil change due to a stripped pin and suggested I return to the last business to change my oil and have them fix it.
