We took our Ford Escape to them for a completely new transmission. We were informed that it needed to be ordered and had to pay 3K before they could order it- ok done. We then were told it would take 5-6 DAYS to come in and then work to be completed. I expected 10 days max. 6 weeks went by before the work was done on the transmission. In that time they told us we would need new brakes and rotors, I asked for them to do the front and back so it was ready to go when we picked it up.
