Took my truck to this mechanic through a referral. Got the check engine issue fixed but never got my RPM issue fixed properly. Sent him a message with what my truck was doing to see if he'd even offer to check my truck again considering I paid him to fix the issue. I would have been fine paying extra if the issue was something else that he could fix but the fact that he read my message and didn't even bother giving me a response for my problem that I paid him to diagnose and fix left a bad impression of him. Was referred by a friend. Communicated well, sent images of the issue. Had me in and out in 3 days fixing a rocker. Noise is gone and ride feels and acts better than when I went in. Pricing was great because they checked out a few other areas I was concerned about while working the problem.
Was referred by someone who had work done here. Very disappointed. Seemed like didn’t want to work on my vehicle and no future plans on how to go about fixing truck. Took it to another shop down the street they found problem and is getting fixed. DO NOT GO HERE.
I took my ride in to have it checked for some issues it was having. Within a few days my ride was repaired with good parts and service at a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and reliable work I was very pleased. I highly recommend anyone to bring in there vehicle for service or maintenance.
