I’m updating my original review of Grease Monkey after speaking with their area manager this morning. My initial experience still stands: the way this situation was handled at the store level was extremely disappointing. I was met with dismissal and hostility when trying to address a very real concern about my vehicle following an oil change. If I could leave negative stars for Grease Monkey, I would. This has been one of the worst customer service and service experiences I’ve ever had. I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. At the time, I was told there was some residue on the skid plate and possibly a small crack in the oil pan. Important distinction: residue—not an active leak, not a major issue, and certainly nothing that had ever caused visible oil spots in my driveway. Great speedy service at Grease Monkey today. They pulled my car in and got to work immediately. Kevin and Austin were great :)
