☆☆☆☆ I went to Grease Monkey Garage and was very disappointed. I used the self-service vacuum, but when I finished, the machine refused to stop and the timer kept running, which charged me extra money I didn’t actually use. This was frustrating and felt unfair. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t have the same problem.
The guys are Remarkable. Great job on keeping me safe.
Auburndale location is absolutely wonderful fast and accurate. Customer service is wonderful and they always are very affordable. Highly recommend it!
Tried GreaseMonkey because my regular shop was not able to fit me in on short notice, and I’m so glad I tried them. Super nice team, fast and excellent service at a great price. Even got a free car wash after the service. Already recommended them to friends and family! Thank you!!!
I've been here twice now so far and both times the shop has been clean, well kept and the crew has been efficient, friendly and professional. I started coming here after some bad service trips at the Ford dealer and so far my car has been running smoothly after each time the G.M. Crew's been under the hood. My cars fine, but I would like to recommend fender covers though, just incase.
