Quick, polite and professional
I just want to say that I had a horrific experience with Grease Monkey! Went in for an oil change and they bombarded me about getting front and back brakes along with rotors. Had to come back two days later because my car was feeling funny. Come to find out they forgot to put the brackets on the brake pads.
