Will definitely not be using this shop again. After spending around $850.00,tried to get information on my vehicle after the fact. And it was like pulling teeth.The Manager did not want to offer any information pertaining to my vehicle. I had to honestly beg him for 5 to 10 minutes to get him to tell me anything.Not a trustworthy manager at all.Very disappointed
Re: 2708 Trademark Dr., Wilmington. A bunch of warning lights lit up this morning. Happened to be near Grease Monkey, a new shop located near Burger King by North Chase. They took us right in. Checked the computer and topped off the tire pressures. The tire pressure resolved one problem. The computer determined an O2 sensor was bad, and needed to be fixed before the next inspection, but otherwise wouldn't impact vehicle performance. All good!
