Love that they never try to pressure me into spending more. If anything they help you pay less. And the flower they give you at the end is a nice touch!
This is the best place to go. They are honest, fair, and have complimentary snacks and drinks
I visited this location to get my oil changed in early 2024. At my next oil change I went to the Draper Grease Monkey location and they informed me that the Herriman Grease Monkey had put the wrong type of oil into my car. They told me that this happening one time isn't enough to cause any serious damage, but regardless, this seriously concerned me. Based on this experience I will not be taking my car here for service again. This location's mechanics need to do better at quality control and caring for customers' vehicles.
