Over 2 hours waiting while car was on rack. 45 minutes ago I was told it would be 15 more minutes. Lots of yelling on the floor. One worker walked out. This was my go to shop for all of my vehicles. Not sure I will come back after this.
I was very pleased with Grease Monkey! I got there as they opened for a NYS inspection and was out the door exactly 8 minutes later!! Absolutely amazing! Normally I'm at "other places" not saying names for almost 2 hours just for a inspection. Not here, thank you! See you next month for my other vehicle!
I went in for an inspection before they pulled it in he said you’re going to need new windshield wipers as if he was just telling me that I needed them at some point never stating that it wouldn’t pass without them. I was going to another store to get them at a much cheaper price. If he had told me it wouldn’t pass without them I would have went gotten the new ones elsewhere and returned for the inspection. I came early and was taken in immediately, such nice workers and done fast great work I would definitely recommend
