I was encouraged to bring my foreign vehicle here for what was described as an “easier” brake service involving my rear brake pads and sensor replacement. Upon picking up my car, I was immediately greeted with “good news/bad news.” While I cannot personally speak to whether the repair itself was completed correctly, the customer service experience that followed was unfortunately unacceptable. I’ve been taking my vehicle to Grease Monkey 1135 for three years. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. However last week I stopped in last minute for an overdue oil change and brakes. Nate and Butterworth were winding down for the day but still gave me and my vehicle the time and attention as if they had just opened.
