My visit wasn't perfect- but the mechanic heard the audiobook I had going and made a really good book recommendation from it. Both people working were great and despite a late start they got me into my next appointment on time.
If you are going to change the hours that you open or close at you need to update online and on the door.I came in today to have a head light replaced and was informed/told that we are getting ready to close and that we don't stay open the last hour during the winter
Called to verify if my specific oil was avail. They had no record of me in the system from my last visit. So if I needed proof from them for warranty. Id be screwed. Unbelievable. Guy said they didn't put you in the system. It was a white female attendant. God only know e if they put the right oil in more.

Oil change was very fast, but the work completed did not match the work expected. They had a checklist of tasks to do in their oil change service, and a few tasks were marked complete that were clearly not completed. These included vacuuming interior and washing exterior windows. I don't care that these weren't done, but the fact that the receipt said they were completed when they weren't makes me wonder if there's other things they skipped that actually did matter.
