I had my oil changed today. JENEA took very good care of me.
I drive 18 mins to get the best service on the Southside in my opinion! Edit to review: I thought that up until i sent my daughter’s car there and then the car ended up not having oil in it 5 weeks later when the car left her stranded. Being that we had that car for only 2 months before she had the oil changed, and that was the only shop that ever touched the car. Update: Corporate commented on this to resolve the matter and I emailed it without getting a reply, I had to figure out what the actual email was on my own. Once I finally got in touch with corporate, they just sent my contact information back to this location. They told me they’d look up my information and call back. It’s been three weeks and I’ve tried reaching out to this location and corporate twice since with no response. I went in for a service here and a month later I got my oil changed at another mechanic.
