Went in for an oil change and left with such a better understanding of what my car needs! Carissa explained what was happening under the hood and ‘’made me’ get out to see how serious it was (coolent was empty) so I could grasp the significance (I get it, now!). She also taught me that my car has a cabin filter (I heard you chuckle, Gage!) and I was certain this was a joke - well, it was not and it OBVIOUSLY had not been changed - possibly - ever! Great group of people, the new manager there is awesome.
A few months ago my friends jeep needed a complete rear brake job and I took it to Grease Monkey in Rice Lake WI. I was there when they opened, no appointment and they were done in less than 3 hours. So when the front brake needed work I didn’t hesitate to take it back to them. They worked with me on some issues and they got it done. Carrissa and her team there are a great bunch of guys. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks for a great job.
