I usually take my cars to the dealership, but this time I could not get in for an oil change for almost 3 weeks so I decided to use Rockford Grease Monkey. There was nothing good about this experience, so I will list my issues from start to finish; 1) Greeting: “What’s up?”…really? 2) Tells me 5w20 is the same oil as 0W20. …. No it’s not 3) Looks for oil dipstick for a few minutes, then tells me the oil was low (which it wasn’t) and tries to sell me an additive for $25. 4) I decline and then it was attitude and more attitude... read more
