This was a negative experience. I was up sold air filters which they did not have in stock. However, the air filter box was improperly removed by two young men - one whom admitted to me he had never done one on a car like mine and was just doing was his manager told him to do. The manager was very defensive and did not own the situation or address my concerns. I attempted to call Grease Monkey and only got recordings - I did leave a messages. I do not plan on using or recommending Grease Monkey to anyone.

Best experience I’ve had getting my oil changed. Staff very friendly and Karen was the best. Took time to explain and educate. Service was fast and efficient. Will go back every time and for any other service they provide
Absolutely amazing work on my Jeep. Gave me the exact issues and was honest and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.
