Do not EVER take your car to this I put lightly “business”. I brought my 2017 Audi here when my engine light came on. It was the nearest car shop and they were open past 4:30. I left it over night and Alyesa the manager said it would be looked at the next day. Virgil called me the next day and diagnosed it as the intake manifold, estimating a $2500 repair with time and labor. Had an appointment for a simple oil change. I showed up early. No greeters, no parking spaces, and no one in the lobby. I waited about 10 minutes. A guy finally walked into the office, never acknowledged me, and took a phone call instead. That was my cue to leave.
