Inset for 4 hours at this location and service sucks. The issue was still not resolved, after conversing with the manager. I specifically said to him that it was the inside rear passenger tire that wasn't reading the tire pressure after they put the tires on. But argued with me that it wasn't that side it was the passenger side that wasn't reading instead. This is what I'm seeing after 4 hours, the same issue.
The young female that helped me and the men at this place are awesome. Straight to work with a smile on their faces. The Mgr was taken to hospital. I know him from coming to this location. I had asked about him. He is a wonderful young man. I pray he gets better. You have excellent service and the employees are a team no matter the circumstances.
Stopped in for tires and it took way too long. Like hours. They had to go over the whole truck to find everything they could find wrong. Trying to sell me more services that were extremely expensive. So I won't be going there again. All I wanted was tires. Not a $500 quote for rotors ...
I have to say I will be more than happy to use them again. They staff was very friendly and professional. They didn't try to sell me on extras like some places do. When I asked how my engine air filter looked the young lady happily showed it to me and said " you're good for at least two more oil changes before you should have to replace it." They worked quickly and efficiently and I would be glad to recommend them.
