I have to give a one star on this visit to GM . I ask them to change my cabin AC filter . I was charged $49.99 . The technician that changed my filter did not know what he was doing are just Lazy . He broke the little gearbox off that slows the speed of the glove box when it opens. I saw the little gear on the floor after I left. So I Carefully remove the glove box and if you look in the picture, he did Not properly place the filter cover back on. It was just thrown in behind my glove box.
