Today was the first time I had my oil changed at Grease Monkey, as soon as I pulled up I was taken care of immediately. The attendant was very personable and knowledgeable about products and services that Grease Monkey offers. While I was waiting I downloaded the app and started setting up a profile, but they were finished with my oil changed before I could finish with the app. I asked if there were any discounts and the attendant informed me of the one currently offered online. Oil change was fine— there was a sign up for $25 off for “ladies day” and the person said I can have it when I asked. When taking my card she said that the promotion was done for the day. Confused as there was a sign for it right when you pulled in..
