One star is too much. I’ve been taking my truck to them exclusively since I bought it. I recently took it to them for an oil change and, as always, the guy removed the air filter for inspection. He informed me that it had been installed incorrectly. It looks like it’s a square filter, but it is slightly longer one way vs the other. Grease Monkey did such a great job and were very fast!! Take5 in Bourbonnais, IL stripped my drain plug and then wouldn't return my calls about a repair! Grease Monkey is the ONLY place in town that was able to get the plug off and not charge hundreds to repair! Customer for life!!
