This spot continues to get good reviews because I see them. They’re a good job with their customers. People talking to humans with respect, great phone etiquette, compared to other locations, and on numerous occasions, I have heard about people treating their elderly customers kindly. That’s enough for me to come give them my service.
Had an oil change waited in the waiting room used a coupon through emailing it to myself. First oil change at this place . Wait time was good.
Stopped in with a flat tire and was honestly expecting to get brushed off—but these guys stepped up immediately. They were friendly, calm, and genuinely helpful at a moment when I really needed it. The store across the street wouldn’t help at all, but Grease Monkey took the time and got me back on the road. No upsell nonsense, no attitude—just solid, professional service and basic human decency, which goes a long way these days.
