Great experience at grease monkey! Went in for an oil change - they were super efficient and were already waiting outside for us when we got there. They even vacuumed the car and checked some basics. Marshall was a great help!
NEVER GO HERE — A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE I went in for a basic oil/filter change and was pressured into a transmission fluid change. The very next day, my car started crawling and wouldn’t accelerate. I brought it back, and the mechanic admitted a vacuum line had been left loose. The following day, I found a large puddle of oil in my driveway. Returned again—this time they said another nut had been left loose. I highly recommend Grease Monkey for oil changes due to their fast, friendly, and professional service. I arrived late afternoon on a Friday without an appointment but did not have to wait. Grease Monkey had the full synthetic oil that my car requires, and the technicians also checked the engine and cabin air filters, which I had replaced for a very nominal charge. Overall, a very pleasant experience and my car is also appreciative.
