This was my first time coming to grease monkey & I had a situation with oil leaking from my car & they did a great job. Customer service was just outstanding. I will be bringing my car back again for future services.

They opted not to break the Lexus retarded plastic oil filter cap/paper filter setup as it was too tight. They proactively ordered a replacement and invited me to come back later when if it breaks upon removal they will have the replacement on hand and thus avoid down time
