Employees stole money from an envelope in my vehicle console at the Grease Monkey on 21st Ave SW, in Federal Way, WA. I have an incident report filed with the BBB, Consumer Affairs and the Federal Way Police Department. The regional and corporate managers are defensive and unhelpful. It is to the point now that they are ignoring phone calls and messages. We have been loyal customers for several years and obviously will not put the contents of our vehicle at risk of theft by this establishment again.
This is the THIRD TIME my car's AC stops working after I paid $1,500 to get it " fixed." This is the Phoenix summer. This weekend we are at 113 but the last time we were at 116 degrees. This ruined my long weekend. And on top of having driven in scorching heat, they refuse to get me an Uber or taxi to take me home while they work on it. I stupidly brought my car over to Grease Monkey from another shop because I was given a life warranty with this. And here I am. am sitting in the Grease Monkey on Bell Rd in Phoenix
The service was great I pulled up they told me to call Chris since he wasn’t there so I did told him my problems and what I even thought it could be. Then he tells me I have a intake manifold leak so I told him to fix it then I waited a week to get it into the shop to be fixed and when he did fix it he told me he also replaced my water pump after he put antifreeze into my car, by the time I got it back my problem was not fixed, and I had to put coolant in it myself since it was empty.
