Grease Monkey is not competent – Went in for an oil change and a tune up, the price was a little steep but not outrageous, but what WAS outrageous was the complete lack of competence from the employees AS WELL AS the manager. My vehicle ('03 Ford Taurus) went in fine for routine maintenance, came out with the check engine light on and running awful. grease monkey good service – WENT TO GREASE MONKEY TO GET MY CAR TAken care of and it was a very good service. everyone was very nice and helpful. i have recommended them to everyone i know.it was also a very speedy service.
oil change= new engine $5000 a court none of the oil change places are a good place to take your car they have no idea what they are doing and they cant even fix a car. they are paid to sell you stuff weather you need it or not. You should always take you car to a complete auto service place.
Grease Monkey I have met some of the people who work there and heard stories and I do not want them working on my car. The people seem to not pay attention to what they are doing. They left the radiator cap off on my mom's car and that was the last time we went there. some of the poeple who work there seem like you are putting them out to be there. This is not the best place to take your car if you car about it.
