OKAYY! This place was awesome, and after one visit, I’ll never go anywhere else. They have an AC room to sit in, coloring pages/stickers for the kiddos, cookies, candy, whistles, little toys, Capri Suns, waters, BUBBLES!!!! They wiped down and vacuumed the car while they did the oil change. We left with a coupon off for next time and a free car wash. Grease Boys 4L!
I've been meaning to make this post for a long long time. Talk about customer service. I mean these people treat you like family. They are not only extremely fast with their service but the absolute nicest people to exist. They go above and beyond, from offering waters, coffee, snacks and most of all toys and things for kids to do. Amazing experience. Was in the area for work and was long overdue for my oil change so I stopped in here and they were amazing, serviced me right away offered refreshments and snacks and gave an amazing my interior wipe down! Will be recommending everywhere!
There simply isn’t another oil change shop anywhere that provides the level of customer service that these guys do! from the first time I went there, I knew I would never go anywhere else and that opinion just gets stronger with every visit. From someone who has been in customer service for 49 years, these guys could write the book for service centers.
