Had a water pump failure in Sedona on a Sunday morning. Had to be on the road early Monday AM. Called 3 mobile mechanics-Ty was the the only one who could come on Sunday. Fixed it quick at a reasonable price. Saved my ass.
We called Ty with a brake leaking severely, stranded in a parking lot with no ride and fear of driving the vehicle. He came out within 30 mins to help me and my daughter and fix our brakes. We are so grateful we didn’t have to spend days figuring out rental cars, work schedules, etc. We’re going through a hard enough time as it is, small kindnesses and willingness to help on his day off made this day a little more bearable. Thank you so much Ty!
