Do NOT support this business. We had our tub/shower done by GRC Prime Bath in June 2021 and about 3 months later, the entire grout job was moldy (not done correctly). The seal around our tub spout was also peeling off. When I called to have them come out and fix, they did, but the same issue happened two months later. I recently reached out in July 2024 for repair work on our shower since the water is spraying out the tub spout and the tub needs a new seal. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I’m giving the company a 1 star basically for poor communication and services. Prime bath installed a shower for me about 3-4 years ago. I was very happy with the work it turned out beautifully. However, the shower head on my first install broke, but they came over immediately to fix it. Good product and production (when they can finally get to working on your home) but the reason for my 2 star review is because THEY DON’T FINISH JOBS. My husband and I redid our master bath back in 2020 through another company and GRC subcontractors did the plumbing and tub work. We really liked them and their work so when we decided to do our guest bathroom shower remodel we called them directly. Quote was reasonable and we proceeded. This was in January of 2023.
