I’ve been seeing this doctor for two years now. Two wellness checks and one health issue appointment. She’s nice in person but it always feels like you don’t get an answer to anything. I also messaged her once with the experience of our family’s other doctors who usually respond in a few hours thinking she’ll do the same. She responded a week later. Dr. Bistriceanu is an excellent physician. She is thorough, professional, direct and she listens well. She was my primary care doc years ago with a different practice and I was thrilled to reconnect with her at Northwestern. I trust her and believe that she is my number one advocate in my healthcare.
If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and consideration from this medical practice. I’ve had two appointments canceled by the doctor—both of which were scheduled months in advance. On one occasion, I called ahead to inform them I would be just a few minutes late, and instead of offering a brief grace period or any flexibility, they canceled the appointment entirely. Worst doctor I’ve ever seen, appointments take 3-4 months, had an mri done she never even looked at the results, another doctor was filling in for her and saw a nodule on my lungs from mri, so 10 months later I got a phone call insisting I see a lung doctor, Looking for new doctor for 2025 who won’t waste my time and money, and by time I mean having to call office every week to see if I can be seen sooner, sinus infection for over 2 months but can’t get in to office until February. What a joke
