We recently asked Grazie to cater our Italian/ Pizzeria themed baby shower. Grazie made trays of penne and mini meatballs. The penne was perfectly cooked and the meatballs recieved dozens of compliments- the perfect homemade "Nonna's" meatballs that remained tender and moist. There was enough sauce on both that as I sit here eating my reheated leftovers, nothing is dry and the pasta is still not mushy.
