Never have I heard so much buzz about the food at a wedding. We did the buffet option with Chicken Picatta and the Braised Beef Shortribs - flavor was consistent and delicious and temperature was perfect - chef's kiss. Not to mention the customer service - the response times via email were quick and helpful, the onsite staff was efficient and joyful. AMAZING! Everyone at my wedding told me the food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. Great and easy team work work with.
We enjoyed the tastiest appetizers and dinner at our son and daughter-in-law's wedding recently. The food was beautifully presented. The dinner was served buffet style...hot and not overcooked (as I have often experienced). Did I mention the desserts? How could I forget those desserts! They disappeared off the tables so quickly and people were scurrying up for SECONDS! If you are planning any party in the future...Graze is hands down your ideal choice!
Amazing Wedding Caterer. They used to have a great food truck manager. Chef Amelia is incredible.
