My daughter picked up our $115 order today that was advertised online to serve up to 10. What we received and what was advertised was completely different. The owner was contacted and he was rude and stated that the website was misleading and offered no apologies. Also as advertised, we were supposed to receive hummus dip but were informed they were out but were not compensated for this either.
I was disappointed with my recent order from Graze Craze Woodstock. I paid $588.30 for three boards with delivery, but the quality did not match the price. Portions were small, the presentation felt rushed, and several items weren’t fresh — I even ate a moldy grape, and the rest of the fruit was soft and bruised. When I reached out to the owner, Grant, he dismissed my concern and said “moldy grapes could happen at home,” instead of taking responsibility or offering a resolution. Graze Craze -Woodstock was fantastic to work with. We used them for my daughter's engagement party. Ordering was easy -they were so helpful in deciding which charcuterie boards to select. They came and set up an hour before the party. Food was fantastic! I highky recommended them for your next event.
Graze Craze did a phenomenal job with preparing and setting up two boards and 50 cups for my fiftieth birthday celebration. I would definitely use their services over and over again!
