Discovered this place on door dash and wasn't sure what to expect walking in, but I got a custom charcuterie board for lunch and they were so accommodating!! Im an extremely picky eater and Sheridan and the other sweet lady working with her were so sweet! The board is so beautiful and delicious it's my new favorite place! I highly recommend giving this place a try for catering or even just whenever. It's super good quality and the staff are an absolute joy! Also they have really decent prices too!
I live in a different state and was having trouble ordering an online delivery to my family. I left a voicemail and got a phone call back after hours. The guy I spoke to was so helpful and went above and beyond. He even sent me a picture of the package along with a message when it was on its way. Will definitely order from here again and highly recommend it!
Graze Craze Plano absolutely exceeded my expectations! The customer service both over the phone and in person was excellent! The ordering process was easy, the delivery was expedited and timely, and everyone was so friendly and professional. Sheridan alone deserves 5 stars! She was amazing to work with! On top of that, the charcuterie board was beautifully presented, classy, and tasted incredible. I’ve already used Graze Craze twice in one week and will definitely continue to use them again. Highly recommend!
