Amazing! First, the customer service was amazing. I did customize broads and Mike and Theresa were so great with trying to figure out my needs. And the presentation was fantastic, they did an amazing job. So many compliments at the wedding shower. I told everyone where to go. Pick up was so easy, no issues there. 5 stars for a job well done. I ordered a charcuterie board for my husbands surprise bday party and it was absolutely perfect. I will be using them for future events!
I was really excited and then I opened my box and there were visually dirty grapes sitting right on top. I could wipe it off with barely a touch. This made me question the cleanliness of the entire box, the restaurant, the franchise… a place known for serving fresh fruits doesn’t rinse them 🤢. There wasn’t enough crackers or bread for the amount of sauces and cheese/meats. First time ordering from GrazeCraze but I needed a platter quickly. Graze Craze in MWC was the ONLY place that could help. I live almost to Edmond and it was a long drive to pick it up...but it was SO WORTH IT. The platter had fruit, chocolates, spreads, and pastries. DELICIOUS treats...all of it. The presentation was beautiful. They are a little pricy but again....SO WORTH EVERY PENNY. Great service, great food, great presentation....I was impressed and will order again.
