First time visiting Grazia. I made reservations for my daughter and I at 3 PM although there was only maybe only 2 to 3 tables dining when we arrived.. Reservations probably weren’t necessary.., We we greeted by the hostess and were seated right away.. We were greeted politely by our Server Jamie.. Jamie was very kind and attentive.. Deliciosa la comida , excelente servicio , al traernos un doble platillo, nos lo regalaron y además por celebración de la tech week nos regalaron un postre . Crab cake y dip de alcachofa como entrada y de platillo fuerte pescado Tahi Tahi con risotto . ;)
Service was terrible. I ordered the ribeye. It was cold and full of gristle. Half of it was inedible. We got one piece of bread each and nothing to put it on. I had to yell Maria to get the waitress to fill our drinks. I was not impressed the first time I went there. This will be the last time my money is spent here. They deserve less than one star.
Last couple of times I've been here, was very impressed... this time, not so much... please have operating management reach out to me
