Kylee was absolutely amazing in helping us get approved for our new home! She worked so hard to make the process easy for us, she would respond within 5 min of me messaging and she answered all of the questions I had! I can’t thank her enough she was so kind and patient. Kylee made us feel so welcome from the beginning!

I cannot say enough great things about the property manager Kylee. From day one, she has been responsive, professional, and extremely welcoming. She has answered all of our (many) questions quickly, and positively. My husband and I have never had a more positive experience with a property manager than we have with her. If you are looking for a place that cares about their residents, this is it!!
This place is a scam to take your money. I told them my situation. They said it would not be a problem I paid them almost $500 to apply because I was told that no one gets denied. That was all a lie. Now I'm out $500 and now no place to move to. I would not recommend you waste you time with this company.
