I applied for a property. They said I was approved. I called them a week later to check on the process and they gave the place to someone else !! I feel that’s very unprofessional knowing I told them when I had to move they told me last minute that they gave the place to a different person.
Graystone has been great to work with. Highly recommend. Mohammed is particularly sharp — responsive, follows through, and resolves issues without any hand-holding required.
