Extremely Poor Communication and Deposit Handling I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Graystone Property Management. It’s been over two months since I moved out, and I’m still waiting for the return of my security deposit. The only response I’ve received was a short note saying the owner used my deposit to “fix the house,” but when I asked for receipts or proof of these expenses, no one replied.
