Significant improvements have been made as far as communication and willingness to work with us to resolve issues. I am much happier with how things have been going since they first took over management of our rental property. Edit: we were supposed to have a cabinet fixed because of a leak and no one told us that our kitchen was being ripped out until they started doing it. I could not get a straight answer regarding the rent on a property being that the listing stated two different amounts and their website listed a whole other different one! Then when I did receive a text response and tried to set up a tour, I was ghosted! Extremely unprofessional.
It was a very easy to schedule the viewing and see the property. The property was well maintained .
