I was extremely impressed with their staff! Given that so many people are refinancing, I thought this would be a slow process. But they were so on top of things! Paperwork was just flying back and forth and everything provided was absolutely correct (I check everything with an eagle eye!). They even got us a lower rate than expected. Highly recommend Greystone Mortgage!
Promised a $2500 rebate for using them for my mortgage but now refuse to pay. Took a year to close on my house (not their fault) but Kelly Stone promised to send the rebate by the end of March after we closed. It’s the middle of July and still no rebate. She is the most unscrupulous leaner I have ever used. Don’t believe them when they promise any rebates because they will have excuse after excuse of why they can’t. Wish I had known before hand because I would have used a lender I could trust.
I worked with Marc Fletcher and his team to get our loan closed in 3 weeks. They helped things to go smoothly for me. Sending reminders and being patient even though we were in a time crunch. It made my part of the process seem easier than loans we have done before with more time. Thanks Marc
These guys did an amazing job. So happy we got to work with them. Holly in particular is what made our experience so good. She is a very thorough and prompt communicator, something that I really appreciated since I was a nervous first time home buyer. I have literally never received such good customer service...in any industry!
