This place used to be nice but it is a complete dumpster fire now. Nicole has towed my vehicle 3 times and refuses to offer a placard or any assistance. I have been on a waiting list for covered parking for over 3 years and she still tows my vehicle. I take it to get washed twice a week and move it to different locations under the tree to avoid the hot temps ruining the interior. The numbers of the buildings are rooting off. They spent thousands on patio furniture but not taking any precautions for emergency vehicles or safety. The management wants all the owners not to say anything bad about her, but if safety was considered in this place, she shouldn’t have to worry about bad things being said.
You'd be wise to avoid living here. The new management ACS isn't a bunch of thieves like Earthworks was, but they still don't run anything any better especially with the help of the current HOA board members; going as of 8/10/2026. There are constant issues they refuse to deal with. 1: Building J is cracked and nothing has been done in the last couple years. 2: Plenty of building numbers and letters are falling off, which has lead to a number of issues. Graystone is under poor management thanks to the current HOA board members, and the current management company, Advanced Community Services, isn't doing any better. This complex was already run for over 30 years by a previous company, Earthworks, and you can really see how they let this place go to hell while robbing people blind—anyone with half a brain could see it.
