I don’t live here but Idk how this place is still running. (Looking for apartments and seen THIS) Scottsboro needs better apartments. Out of all the food places they put out but can’t afford to put in better apartments saddens me. I’d never step foot in this apartment complex. Places need to do better. Oh and the other reviews scare the hell out of me too.
When I used to live there had no problems I see people talking down on Tracy but she never did or say anything out of the way to me just straight to Business, and casually chatting, the apartment was nice always enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, would I ever go back absolutely, the price of my apartment was great, and like I said nobody bothered me, great price, no issue at all, i just had to move due to financial issues, things were getting rough.much love hope this helps.🩹
Have been trying to get owners info but I have been denied and always referred to manager and never get the owners number there are some things the owner needs to know if anyone has there info please comment below if you have greystone apartments in scottsboro Alabama number or info
I live here now and the manager was all pleasant until I wanted to move out before my lease is up and she said I have to pay 5 months worth of rent if I break my agreement plus don't get my deposit back. I'm only moving because my bf can't be there because of his past and then she got all hateful... Wouldn't recommend this place if you don't want to be judged!
This "apartment complex" is one of the worst places ive ever lived in. The manager was uncooperative to every extent, i named several issues as soon as i moved in and when i left they still hadnt been fixed. They are completely overran with roaches and it may as well be the slums. Its not worth living here. If i had known it would be that bad i wouldve lived on the streets. My unit had bed bugs and i kept getting blamed for it not to mention the manager(tracy) constantly blamed me for anything and everything she could. I sho... read more
