Have been trying to get owners info but I have been denied and always referred to manager and never get the owners number there are some things the owner needs to know if anyone has there info please comment below if you have greystone apartments in scottsboro Alabama number or info
I live here now and the manager was all pleasant until I wanted to move out before my lease is up and she said I have to pay 5 months worth of rent if I break my agreement plus don't get my deposit back. I'm only moving because my bf can't be there because of his past and then she got all hateful... Wouldn't recommend this place if you don't want to be judged!
This "apartment complex" is one of the worst places ive ever lived in. The manager was uncooperative to every extent, i named several issues as soon as i moved in and when i left they still hadnt been fixed. They are completely overran with roaches and it may as well be the slums. Its not worth living here. If i had known it would be that bad i wouldve lived on the streets. My unit had bed bugs and i kept getting blamed for it not to mention the manager(tracy) constantly blamed me for anything and everything she could. I sho... read more
The parking and road are horrific. The potholes are filled with concrete that ends up wear away into pointed daggers. Some have have been ran through and has created a permanent hump of tire imprinted concrete. The patios are broken, rotted, and sinking. The appliances date back to the 70s. The pipes going into walls for water/HVAC are basically made by a hammer, allowing more than enough space for the mice to travel in and out. Several apartments also have infestations of roaches. If you enjoy pot holes and multiple speed bumps than this is the place for you! Stay here for over 3 years and no noticeable changes besides the insane apartment prices. Definitely isn’t worth the $500 a month they are charging now.
